1. Introduction
The Journal of al-anfal strives to provide authors with a fair and transparent publishing process. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued for article processing charges (APCs) paid to the Journal.
2. Refundable Scenarios
The Journal will issue full or partial refunds in the following scenarios:
- Editorial rejection: If your article is rejected during the peer-review process and you do not wish to revise and resubmit, you will receive a full refund of the APC.
- Technical errors: If a technical error on the Journal's platform prevents you from successfully submitting your manuscript, you will receive a full refund of the APC.
- Withdrawal before peer review: If you withdraw your manuscript before the peer-review process begins, you will receive a full refund of the APC.
- Double payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the APC, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate payment.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The Journal will not issue refunds in the following scenarios:
- Withdrawal after peer review: If you withdraw your manuscript after the peer-review process begins, you will not receive a refund of the APC.
- Failure to meet submission guidelines: If your manuscript does not meet the Journal's submission guidelines and is rejected for that reason, you will not receive a refund of the APC.
- Copyright infringement: If your manuscript is found to infringe on copyrights, you will not receive a refund of the APC.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact the Journal's editorial office at [email protected] with a clear explanation of the reason for your request and any relevant documentation. We will process your request within 10 working days and inform you of the decision. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used within 30 working days.
